1. right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

— by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. An e-mail with your order number is enough.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3. when the right ends early — and why it does not here

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the law lets the right of withdrawal end early, but only if two things happen: you expressly ask us to begin delivery before the withdrawal period is over, and you confirm that you know you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

We do not currently ask for that consent. Our checkout has no such tick-box, and we keep no record of one. That means your right of withdrawal runs for the full fourteen days — including after you have received your key and unlocked POMPA. If that ever changes, this page will change with it, and you will see the two separate, unticked declarations in the checkout before you pay.

4. beyond the law

POMPA runs complete before you pay for it, so you can find out whether it suits you without spending anything. If you bought it and it still does not fit — a Mac, a host that will not load it, anything at all — write to info@aysound.com. We would rather refund you than keep the money of someone who cannot use the software.
