NOT READY TO GO LIVE. Every field marked [[…]] below has to be
filled in with the real registration data before this site sells anything.
Nothing here may be guessed at: a provider identification with invented
details is worse than none at all.
1. who you are dealing with
This website and the software offered on it are operated and sold by:
Ayhan Doğan, trading as aysound
[[street and number]]
[[postcode]] [[town]]
[[country]]
Email: privacy@aysound.com
Website: aysound.com
Tax number / VKN: [[tax number]]
Tax office: [[tax office]]
Chamber / MERSIS number: [[MERSIS]]
ETBIS registration: [[ETBIS registration number]] — the electronic commerce
information system of the Republic of Türkiye. The registration applies even
when sales are exclusively digital and exclusively abroad; what triggers it is
offering and ordering through this website.
Responsible for the content of this site: Ayhan Doğan, address as above.
2. who sells POMPA
POMPA is sold by Ayhan Doğan (aysound), the person named in section 1. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. as a payment service provider — Stripe handles the card details and never passes them to us, but the contract for the software is between you and us. The invoice comes from us.
The eleven plugins of the AySound Suite are free of charge. POMPA is the one paid product on this site.
3. your right to cancel
POMPA is digital content delivered without a physical medium. You have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days without giving a reason.
That right ends early if — and only if — you expressly ask us to begin delivery immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. The checkout asks for both, separately and unticked by default, and we keep a record of your answer. If you do not give that consent, we deliver your key after the fourteen days have passed.
To withdraw, a plain message is enough: write to privacy@aysound.com with your order number. We refund within fourteen days by the same means you paid with.
And beyond the law: POMPA runs completely before you pay for it, so you can find out whether it is for you without spending anything. If you bought it and it does not fit — a Mac, a DAW that will not load it, anything at all — write to us. See the support page.
4. disputes
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
The licence terms for POMPA are in the POMPA end user licence agreement; the terms for the eleven free plugins are in the suite EULA.
