2. tax details
No VAT is charged and none is shown: the small business rule of § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG) applies. For the same reason there is no VAT identification number under § 27a UStG.
3. who sells YER
YER is sold by Ayhan Dogan (aysound), the person named in section 1. The contract for the software is between you and us, and the receipt comes from us — with no VAT on it, under the small business rule named above. Card payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland, as payment service provider; Stripe handles the card details and never passes them to us.
We sell worldwide — YER can be bought from any country, for a single price of 35 €; there is no introductory price for it. The eleven plugins of the aysound suite are free of charge; YER is the one paid product on this site.
4. the documents that go with a purchase
- Terms of sale — how a contract comes about, price, delivery, what you get.
- Right of withdrawal — the full fourteen days, plus the model withdrawal form to copy.
- Suite licence agreement — for the eleven free plugins.
- Privacy policy — what we store about an order and for how long.
5. disputes
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
6. liability for links
This site links to external pages we do not control. Responsibility for their content lies with their respective operators. We checked them for obvious infringements when we linked them; without concrete evidence of a breach, we do not monitor them permanently.
